Choosing childcare is an important step. You want to be sure that it feels right, both for you and your child. That is why you are always welcome to come and take a look at Espira, without any obligation. Whether you are pregnant, want childcare for your baby, toddler or preschooler, or are looking for a nice after-school care facility (BSO) for your school-age child, we are happy to take the time for you.
During the tour, you will experience the warm atmosphere for yourself, meet our location manager and educational professionals, and see how children aged 0 to 12 play, discover and grow every day. We will show you our indoor and outdoor spaces and answer all your questions.
How it works:
- Find your Espira location using the location finder.
- Click on the “Request a tour” button on the location page or click on the button below.
- Choose a time that suits you. We will try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible.
- You will receive a confirmation by email. The location manager will give you a warm welcome!
- Come and experience for yourself what makes Espira so special: a natural environment, committed staff and children who enjoy growing every day.

Registration
Did you get excited during a tour? Or would you like to register your child for our childcare right away? You can do so easily via our website. Registration is free and without obligation: you only pay once your child has a place
Placement
We will let you know within a few days whether we have a place for your child. If we do, we will send you a placement agreement. Once we have received your signed agreement, everything is arranged. A few weeks before the start date, we will contact you to make an appointment for an introductory meeting with you and your child. Welcome to Espira!
Siblings of children who already attend our childcare centre are given priority for placement. The same applies to children who are moving from the nursery to the after-school care centre.
When are they open and closed?
Opening hours, closing days and early closures on public holidays
We are open on all working days, and opening hours vary per location. You can find the current times and options on the location pages.
We are closed on national holidays and sometimes close a little earlier. All dates are listed in the overview.

Parent portal: everything at your fingertips
As soon as your child starts with us, you will be given access to our parent portal. This is a web portal and parent app designed especially for parents. It allows you to arrange many things yourself, simply using your mobile phone, tablet or online. It is quick, easy and secure – you log in with your own username and password.

How much does childcare at Espira cost – and which package suits your family? On this page, you can see our rates and childcare packages at a glance and use the net cost calculator to calculate exactly how much you will pay.
We like to keep things simple and transparent: you first pay the gross costs to Espira and then receive a portion back via the childcare allowance from the Tax and Customs Administration.
This way, you know exactly where you stand and can choose the childcare that suits your needs, work and family with peace of mind.

Do you have a complaint about the behaviour of one of our employees? Please first discuss this with the person concerned, possibly together with the location manager. You can find the location manager's details under “Locations”. In most cases, we can resolve the issue together.
