Voor onze babygroep zoeken wij met ingang van 5 januari 2026, een pedagogisch professional die met aandacht, expertise en oprechte liefde voor baby’s het verschil wil maken.

Your role
As an educational professional in our baby group:
- You offer peace, security and tailored, development-oriented care.
- You observe the signals, needs and development pace of each baby.
- You build a relationship of trust with parents and are their partner in parenting.
- You work together in a professional team that values quality and job satisfaction highly.
We are looking for a colleague who:
A warm, curious educational professional who:
- Has appropriate training (such as PW3/4, SPW, Pedagogy, or other qualifying diplomas).
- Has an affinity with babies and their unique developmental needs.
- Exudes calmness, is careful and knows how to provide a safe, loving foundation.
- Can consciously substantiate educational choices.
- Shapes parent contacts with attention and professionalism.
- Is keen to help build a place where quality is central.
