Profile
For our baby-toddler group De Mini’s and the vertical group De Limo’s, we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic educational professional for 25 hours per week, spread over three working days.
After the initial period in this position, we will look together at possible follow-up opportunities within Espira Kinderopvang. This may also mean that you will eventually start working at another location within our organization.
We offer you:
- Salary in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labour Agreement, scale 6 (€2,641 – €3,630 based on full-time employment)

Your role
Are you ready for a new challenge where you can make every day meaningful, together with children and colleagues? As an educational professional at Le Garage nursery, you will create a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which children can develop to their full potential. You will be given the space to take initiative and apply your professionalism within a close-knit and committed team. You will work at both De Mini's and De Limo's, giving you experience with two different age groups.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has the right qualifications according to the CAO Kinderopvang (Collective Labour Agreement for Childcare) and proudly puts these into practice.
- Is available for at least three fixed working days.
- Has an open mind and a positive attitude and wants to get the best out of themselves and the children every day.
- Describes themselves as communicative, professional and someone who brings calm and clarity to the group.
- Genuinely enjoys guiding children in their growth and development, with
- attention, warmth and commitment.
- Holds a baby specialist certificate or is keen to develop further in this direction (preferred).
