At De Eendjes toddler group, we care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. During this important developmental phase, children take major steps forward in terms of social, emotional and motor skills. As an educational professional, you play an essential role in this by providing clarity and structure, setting appropriate boundaries and encouraging discovery, cooperation and independence.
You will work with a fixed group, creating a familiar and safe environment for the children and building close relationships with parents and colleagues. At KC Le Garage, we encourage initiative, professional development and independence – both in children and in our staff.

- Salary in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labour Agreement, scale 6 (€2,641 – €3,630 gross per month based on full-time employment).

Your role

As a childcare worker at Le Garage nursery, you will contribute to a safe, familiar and stimulating environment in which children can grow. We offer opportunities for independence, initiative and professional development.
We have a temporary position available in the pre-toddler group, De Kevers. You will also work in the baby-toddler group, De Panda's. This is a great opportunity to put your skills to use with two different age groups.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- You meet the qualification requirements according to the CAO Kinderopvang (Collective Labour Agreement for Childcare).
- You have experience working with toddlers and/or preschoolers.
- You have a good understanding of the developmental stages of young children and know how to respond to them in a pedagogical manner.
- You are warm, positive, communicative and clear in your actions.
- You enjoy working together and actively contribute to a stable and pleasant group atmosphere.
